Authenticate web browser not loading properly

I am a truck driver and mainly rely on truck stop wifi for my streaming and downloading. I use my Xbox one to do everything and since the update my Xbox has not been able to use the authenticate page. I have to log in using an email and password on the authentication web page that pops up but the page no longer loads like it used to. I cannot scroll to type in my email anymore and have on rare occasions been able to button mash until the cursor pops into the void and I can type my email then.

How can I fix this? How do I change the selected box without using the cursor?

Have you tried changing the bowser or resetting the console?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is not able to connect to the hotel's network due to an authentication error message. There are some hotels that require you to use a web browser before you can connect to the
network. The web browser will take you to a website for the hotel that has you authenticate the device before it connects. Did you have to open a web browser on your cell phone before it connected to the hotel's WiFi? We suggest reaching out to the hotel's
staff in order to discover if there is additional authentication that is needed for your devices to connect to the network. Be sure to let us know the results!

The two factor authentication should not have an effect. I have it on my account, and don't have the issue you're having. Have you tried clearing the web browsers cache, history, and cookies. That might help. Failing that, try a different web browser.

If you have checked and you meet the criteria try on another web browser. Microsoft websites doesnt seem to work properly on all browsers.

I had the same problem after performing a OS re-install.
This problem happens when you install Minecraft from the MS Store without being authenticated and I'll tell you why. After doing some tests with Wireshark I noticed the Minecraft Launcher itself loads the SVG icon from the web. So for that reason you must authenticate on the MS Store by logging in. Then you install the launcher again. You will find the icon is properly loaded.
