Australian Consumer Laws Just go out the window

I have an ever Growing file with the ACCC in Australia and now I have filled out the fair trading forms in my state. I will see you in court. You cannot get away with this and I will make sure of this.

I have had too many things that have been faulty and Now I'm Sick of it. Many Elite controllers many consoles many games that all fail. To be acceptable. How dare you sell this How dare you Rip off my laws.

Trying to get a refund or a remedy on Age of empires and a few other games that are Not of acceptable quality Nor work as intended.

Regarding refunds, as per Australian Consumer law. A refund/replacement/store credit must be applied if the item/service is not fit for purpose, not received, faulty or not as advertised.

There's no such thing as "yearly refund limit" under consumer law.

According to the Australian Consumer rights information, "If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the
Australian Consumer Law. " but the Microsoft website does not allow this or makes it so difficult to initiate a refund that its almost impossible.
