August or July promo haven't recieved reward

Hello, experi565. I noticed that you said that you renewed "early". Did the promotion you are referring to specifically state to renew early, or was it just for renewing in a specific month? I ask, because as many of us have learned while using xbox rewards,
there is a distinction between the two. Typically, when you add more time to your Gold membership the ne time does not start until the old membership runs out. This could be the issue behind you not getting the avatar item in question. If the promo was to
renew in.. let's say July, but your membership didn't expire until August, even if you paid for, or entered in the prevpaid card code on July 1st, the new membership would not start until August, and thus would unlikely count towards the promo.

I still haven't recieved a code of Geometry Wars 3 as well, and I purchased Pixels during the promo on the 17th of October; although, the promo ended on the 19th of October. I'm a bit upset, because I paid $19.99 for something, but simultaneously recieved
nothing, from the promo that was advertised for several weeks, even after the date was expired. I believe that every Xbox Live member that have participated in this Promo deserves an apology, for not recieving content, due to falsified advertising.
