    Spectrum and all third parties are responsible for their own apps

    Please note that while it may say 5.1, it might not be actually providing it depending on how your provider recompresses the stream, or the source material. They do set it and forget it, so the stream reaching you could say 5.1 even if youre watching mono

    Hey, hope the issue gets resolved quick for you, but I have spectrum as well have this issue happen once I sign into the Spectrum app and did manual trouble shoot they have on the app and fixed my problem check it out if still having issue I would call
    spectrum.
