Audio voice over an Xbox 360 movie

This is not director commentary. There is no in-movie option or system option that I can find. I have found multiple threads with the same question and no one knows how to fix it. Most people post fixes for the xbox one and those aren't an option for me.
The fact that there are so many people who still have this problem is something microsoft should take seriously. Otherwise they will lose a lot of customers/a lot of money.

when you didn't want that, then I would say it is best for you to go ahead and attempt a

refund request. Once you submit one, it will go through to our refund agent team and you'll receive the results of your request via email. If for some reason you get denied, reply back for more information as to why.

Theres nothing in the xbox 360 itself that would do this. Some movies have multiple audio tracks with one of them being director commentary. You need to go into the options of the actual movie

Narrator isn't a feature for Xbox 360 so it must be in the movie itself. Is this a movie you got from the Microsoft store, or is it a DVD?

Was there a main menu for the movie at the very beginning? If so try going to that menu and check to make sure you haven't accidently selected the "descriptive audio" or "commentary" feature.

Could it also be possible that if you did buy it from Microsoft, that you may have purchased a special edition of the movie by accident?
