audio sync issues on live tv and some apps

I Am having this same Issue with Audio Sync Issues. Tried watching couple movies tonight via BluRay APP and Audio Sync issues was very bad.

I was getting audio sync issues over hdmi into my soundbar through tv arc mode, I just added 2 ms delay through the tv to put into sync

a. Navigate to My Game and Apps => Blu-ray Tile => Simultaneously depress (Left Bumper + Right Bumper + View button):

2. DVD/Blu-ray/Ultra HD Blu-ray disc(s) titles

a. If possible, can you tell us the time stamp in the movie when A/V lip sync is off?

c. Is Netflix A/V sync off?

a. Audio/Video HW setup

Update installed, and now my live tv audio and video don't sync. It worked perfectly before. Yay!

Please make sure that both your Xbox firmware and YouTube app are updated to the latest version.

And then perform a full restart by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Then unplug it for a few minutes before turning it back on.

Next is to try a different audio output. If you're using external speakers or a headset, test the built-in TV speakers to see if the issue persists.

Then unplug Xbox overnight because this has helped some users fix audio sync issues.
