    Audio sampler frequency is greyed out.


    Just bought my new headpgones logitech X2 pro and the sound quality is terible compared to my old 40 bucks Volcano headphones. I have a tried a lot of stuff from yuotube like updating drivers, reinstalling ant etc., maybe it's not the fix to the bad audio if somene knows I will be appreciated. I'm on Pc, Windows 10

    If it's greyed out they probably don't support more. I couldn't find any indication of thr product page

    Have you tried adjusting the audio in the audio settings to be the correct frequency

    I went to settings then volume and audio output and the using hdmi or optical audio headset is unchecked and still greyed out
