Audio randomly cuts out on all games.

Every game i play the audio will cut our multiple times throughout the session. I exclusively use headphones so at first i thought it was the headphones so i bought a new pair. Then i thought it was the controller the headphones plug into, so i bought
a new one. Then I replaced the hdmi cord, issue still occurs. For reference both headphones and hdmi cord have also been tested on my ps4 and never had this issue. I obviously cant test the controllers on my ps4. Any idea what is going on or how to fix?

Does your monitor have speakers? If it's a monitor or a TV, try the speakers. Does the audio work fine?

only on non-play parts like cut scenes and such, the audio and video both cut out randomly and separately making cut scenes choppy and very time consuming. It is so annoying i basically have to skip all cut scenes on games where that option is available.

Occasionally I'll loose audio with this game too. I'll finish a match and the audio will just cut out. Very Strange. Some times it even knocks out my whole systems audio thought the stero headset. This has happened when the controller disconnects randomly
while playing game.

Interesting, I just got forza horizon 2 and started playing it (maybe an hour) and it hasn't happened yet in that game. I think for shadow of mordor I just went to the menu and moved around a little/open another app and it worked.
