Audio problems on my new turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2.

It will beep twice and then disconnects from my pc of around 10 seconds and then reconnect this only happens on my pc it works fine on my Xbox. it's not a power problem because I've tried it with a full battery, and I use the dongle. I'm at my Witts end with this headset so your help will be much appreciated.

Hello Jameson, if the headset works fine on Xbox on PC it is behaving this way, it could be because of the dongle.

If you can check windows have pending updates and reinstall the dongle drivers, also try to change the USB port dongle on your PC.

Another test you can do is try connecting your headset to a PC that has built-in bluetooth hardware.
