    As far as I'm aware the app doesn't support surround sound on the Xbox, only on Android Tv

    Hi, is anyone able to respond to this thread? Is there possibly something wrong with my setup or is this an issue for everyone? Also, I has some audio issues with the SportsNet app playing all audio out the left channel. re-installing the app resolved the
    issue.

    Bistream is undecoded audio. It means the console can take an audio stream from a source (like a Blu-ray) and send that audio out the HDMI and optical ports. Normally, bistreaming means that any audio from the player software or the system is no longer available
    because the audio stream is just whatever was encoded on the disc. It can't be mixed with app or console sounds.
