Audio glitching whilst game is not open

If you pause the game whilst playing and go to Audio and Video, there should be an option there to alter the volume.

Did it happen on any other games? I was playing Apex last night and the audio was a bit buggy whilst playing without the full update downloaded.

Is it a specific game or all games? Do you have audio and it then cuts out? Do you have audio whilst navigating the console dashboard?

Are you using a wireless controller? Any chance you are and have a headset attached to the controller? If yes, try removing the batteries and then reinserting them...I sometimes have no audio when starting a game

About the audio glitches, are you just experiencing them with this game?

This is the response "No option for Audio to be played on the speakers with the chat headset connected whilst leaving the chat microphone in use. No way to route the output audio to an external speaker system."

And that it may be included in the future.
