Well the problem here is that I was playing Apex Legends, and played with my cellphones, and disconnected them at the end of the game, but after a while I played again and I did not listen to the game or voice chat, and my companions they did not fit me, already with all the options that the xbox page gives and nothing, enter the configuration of devices, configuration> devices and accessories> and I saw where the control check is and all that, the option of the audio is disabled, so I do not know if it is a technical problem or a system problem, and that is that my console that is an XBOX ONE S, I bought it 5 days ago

the controller has to be hardwired for audio to work as the xbox controller bluetooth does not allow audio passthrough.

i will just restart the console or better power cycle it. Hold the xbox button in from of your Xbox for around 10 seconds. It will turn off. Remove the power cable form it's back and wait another 10 seconds. Plug the cable back in and press the Xbox button
again to start it.

I have the same problem. None of the solutions xbox support have told me work. I have tried everything! There is a problem in the xbox itself. Controllers, headset and mic all work. If you go look up your controller..the volume is greyed out and will not
let you adjust.

It really sucks not be be able to game chat.

the controller supports bluetooth connection to pc and mobile devices but does not support audio over bluetooth in any way shape or form (does support audio passthrough when wired to pc)

the headset should work though when the controller is wirelessly connected to the xbox one.

have you resynced the controller to the xbox one.
