Boa tarde, tenho um controle da Razer Wolverine Ultimat e a opção Audio para realizar as configurações de mic não aparece no meu console, assim o grupo fica muito alto e o jogo também, alguem sabe como resolver?

Thank you for the update. To further troubleshoot this please try unplugging your controller, performing a

power-cycle on your Xbox One console and plugging the controller back in. If the issue persists you may want to contact
Razer Support for specific instructions on using the controller and any possible hardware audio control settings.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with audio. We recommend going over the

stereo headset troubleshooter. This has steps to adjust for loud audio.

Note Not all headsets are compatible with the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter.

This could be why you are not seeing the audio section.
