    Audio Cutting Out while Using Headset


    Currently im having issues talking with my friends while utilizing an xbox one headset (Im not entirely sure what model the headset is, but its an official Xbox one that connects directly to the controller and has a single earpiece with a stick mic attached
    to it.) The issue im having is that my party audio will cut out randomly and for elongated periods of time and then when it does come back, it is random blips of conversation. When i start the party, the audio is just fine, but soon cuts out. Its not a network
    issue (i dont believe) because if i disconnect the headset i can hear my friends through my TV audio completely fine even with the controller still on and connected. My friends tell me they can hear me talk even when i can’t hear them, and its happening on
    parties i host and parties they host as well. Its not just an issue i have while playing online games, as ill play offline games or just sit on the homescreen and it’ll still occur.

    ive tried a variety would-be solutions to no avail. Ive tried changing the batteries to my controller, disconnecting the headset, hard-resetting the xbox, resetting my router, connecting my controller directly to the xbox and also directly connecting it
    to a wall outlet, updating my controller. Im really out of ideas at this point. I really dont think its an issue with a damaged headset, but hey im not a professional. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions please id love to hear them.

    Occasionally I'll loose audio with this game too. I'll finish a match and the audio will just cut out. Very Strange. Some times it even knocks out my whole systems audio thought the stero headset. This has happened when the controller disconnects randomly
    while playing game.
