    Audio crackling on my PC gamepass games


    Whenever i play Halo Infinite or Forza Horizon 5 or any game matter fact, i hear crackling everytime i play the games. This has been happening for 2 days now. I would love to have this resolved today.

    If you try to let HP detect your product (by going to https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/detect?sou...), it does not let you choose Windows 11?

    On the drivers download page, have you tried to click on "Detect my drivers"?

    If it still do not work, please let me know so I can try to find your audio driver online. If I do not find it, we will need to uninstall the driver and install it via Windows Update. Windows will by its own install the driver for your audio device.

    Sorry, i mean I installed windows 11 on my laptop but it wont let me select windows 10 on the hp website

    If you enter your laptop serial number or click on "Let HP detect your product", it does not let you choose Windows 10 as your operational system?
