    I have been having a audio or possibly Bluetooth issue with every headset I have wired or Bluetooth. The audio cuts in out crackles and pops a lot and it does the same for my mic audio and sometimes the connection in the headset disconnects completely. And for a wired headset it will disconnect my controller. I have tried all of the things Microsoft says to do like updating the headset or restarting my console but none work. What should I do?

    When did this issue start to occur? What exactly are the brand/model of your Xbox and headset?

    You mentioned you connected your head wirelessly as well, do you connect it directly to your console or there's a wireless adapter you insert via its USB port?

    Make sure that there are no other wireless signals around you or external devices plugged in to your console that could interfere with your audio.

    Xbox One S Controller on PC - horrible audio quality

    Microsoft issued a statement that audio through the 3.5 audio port on the controller will NOT work with Bluetooth. That's the reason for the bad audio quality. I would wait on it and see if a future uupdate fixes this issue.

    your bluetooth headset with mic is designed for audio and talking via bluetooth, the cable that you can plug into your headset and then to the controller only enables audio not mic. lots of bluetooth headsets and headphones are the same, the option to plug in a cable is for audio only.

    bluetooth connection yes to connect to bluetooth, but they DO NOT support audio over bluetooth. this has been like this since the S controllers came out.

    to have audio transmitted you would need the wireless adapter that is available for pc.

    the Xbox does not even have Bluetooth built into the system, besides you get lots of audio latency via Bluetooth audio which is horrid, and my ps4 never sounded right over Bluetooth.

    most screens you connect the Xbox too have an audio jack and most likely a usb port for power, just attach the speaker to the screen.
