Audio and text messages issue. Even i delete them DON'T delete it.

I have this issue for more than 2 years and still nothing.

I have connect with ms support, i have reported to xbox insider still nothing solved.

I can't hear any audio message.

I have check more than 1 headset and have try to do full reset of the series x console.

All these don't change anything at all.

I still have issues and i can't hear any audio messages and some times the text messages when i delete them DON'T delete it until i restart the console.

I have already try all these the ms support team suggest me.

01. Try 5 DIFFERENT HEADSET
02. Try total reset of the console(Delete everything. Do factory defaults)
03. Try to connect headset through stereo headset adapter
04. The exact same thing was happening at my previews console xbox one s & xbox360
05. This problem SOLVE TEMPORARY only if when i press to hear an AUDIO MESSAGE plug out and plug in the headset

06. I have try more than one xbox series x controllers.
07. Sometimes this work and some other times work if i restart the console. But most of the times both ways doesn't work

08. My internet connection nat is open.

09. My xbox privacy is all open and at everybody.
10. So what the heck i must do to fix permanent to hear audio message normally and text messages delete it when i choose to delete them????

I don't speak for audio messages through any game but for xbox console menu.

As already tallied you i have try more than 1 controller and headset.

What else you mean by equipment???

I don't have any other xbox so... no.

I already have try different network like mobile hot spot or different internet provider but forgot to mention it.

Hello FITSMAN, sorry you can't hear your messages.

This is a weird issue and one that is more than likely pretty rare. I've read the list of things that you've tried so far with no luck. I was wondering though if you're able to try on a different console (or your own) on a different network. Perhaps even a hotspot from your phone if you're able to.

I'd like to make sure it has nothing to do with your network itself thank you.

Sorry, I meant if you could download your gamertag to a friend's console and see if you still had the issue.

However, I do believe that this may still be an account related issue if it's not working on any of the devices you've listed. You may need to continue dealing with support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
