    First wanted to say thanks for the reply to the 2nd post, I saw the list you typed and that tells me you did take the time to figure it out, I do appreciate it and the job you do, I'm sure dealing with nothing but problems as a job some days can get frustrating,
    I think I can say for all of us thanks we appreciate you. In reply to your follow up I wont dispute it but would like to add that the webpage did tell me I was 99 percent and 4 dollars from 5th star in the 1st week of December and most of those purchases
    were made in the 2nd and 3rd week of December which seems to make sense that by the deadline of the 31st I would have been well past the 4 dollars, don't quite understand why all of these things are happening at the beginning and middle of December but yet
    as you said it counts as the "End" of December but no problem.

    I have a new problem/question if you would please help sir. I have bought on my xbox one console in the store the 3 pre-orders required for the 15k credits offer, they include Sniper elite 4, Ghost recon wildlands and lastly the Mass effect andromada super
    deluxe, however on the my missions punchcard it shows that I have bought 0 out of 3...does it matter I bought on my console vs the xbox store/Microsoft store ? Am I going to get the offer that I fulfilled? And lastly is there anything I need to do for xbox
    rewards to recognize that I have made these 3 pre order purchases? Again thanks for the job that you do and thanks in advance for your help In this matter , Good day.

    Keep in mind that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. We see that we have not yet received your purchase information for Sniper Elite 4 and Ghost Recon, but we can see that your purchase of Mass Effect was received and not automatically punched.
    We are escalating this issue to our platform team, and will award a punch manually in the meantime.

    Furthermore, I can confirm that our platform team has performed the adjustment mentioned in your private message, and you should see the change by the end of next week. If 96 hours pass and you still do not see your punches for your other games, let us know!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with History of Rewards that we are currently in the process of resolving. Once this issue is resolved, you should see proper progress for your purchases.
