    Sir or Maam, In December I was 99 percent to my 5th star, I was less then $3.00 away from it and bought yet another game to put me far over the requirement, I checked yesterday and my new rank was under construction, I thought great it is getting updated
    to the 5th star that I have earned, You can look at my account and see the countless thousands of dollars I have spent over the year(s). I sign on this morning to see that I am on my 4th star and 0 percent complete on the way to the 5th star??? What is the
    meaning of this? What happened? I would appreciate Microsoft keeping its word and do a review of my account so that you may see for yourself I have earned the 5th and final star and the 10 percent back and lastly would appreciate this being fixed and put my
    rewards account at the 5th star that I have EARNED. Thank you in advance for your review and help in this matter. Gamertag is ""

    You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to verify your purchases. VIP ranks reset each year and we're reset on January 1, so your purchases may not have been made in time to be calculated into your previous progress.

    Yes, it did to an extint.

    Now, I want to know about 'like' voting. How important is that to an admin, and does it carry any weight in helping to obtain a reward, or standing in the program.

    The Ambassador program is constantly filtered for idiots.

    I would personally not be happy if the rewards were taken away.

    You should be rewarded. Its a huge amount of work done for Microsoft that goes unpaid.

    Must save them millions in admin wages every year. So a few avatar clothes is nothing really is it?
