    Hi I have a problem with my rewards.

    Attention Needed with red light show me on the site. In need to change billing informations at my acc. But there is everything correct.

    But on the rewards site i see empty region. But i have fill my region .. What can u do pls ?

    Rewards cant make a deposit .. Attention Needed with red light :(

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We need a few more details in order to ensure we provide the correct solution. Is the power light red completely or are there portions that are red? If there are portions that are red, how many red lights
    appear on the console? Our
    article list on our website     will be able to assist with red power light issues. We just need to know how many lights are visible on the console in order to select the correct article from the list. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Hi PELON. Your Rewards location and your Xbox Live location do not match and this is causing the deposits to fail. Your Rewards location is MEX and your Xbox Live location is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll need
    to opt out of the program, wait for 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do that, please contact us again and we'll recover your pending credits.

    Hello Cryptah,

    We cannot complete a deposit of GBP from your British Rewards Account into your Czech Republic Microsoft Account. Since that region is not a eligible Rewards region, the only way to fix this issue is to change your Microsoft Account region back to the GBR
    region from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

    Are you using an older Phat console? If so, chances are it's outside the warranty and you'll have to pay $120 (give or take) for a repair.
