Discus and support Attention Needed Billing Information..... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My account information is up to date, but again no rewards deposited.     Also, I changed my region to United State from Canada.

    (My Account and Rewards Region is United State)

    How can I fix it?

    Assassin: You can only remove all payment methods if you do not have an active Gold subscription. If you wish to remove all payment methods, turn off auto renewal, let your account revert to Free, then remove your cards. At that time you can

    I Think its a rip off that you have to call up which costs MORE money just to turn the automatic charge off.. I do not have an outstanding balance as i buy one month at a time for £5.99.. They can't charge me for not using there service. If i don't have
    the funds for my next months XBL and they stop me from using it then i shouldn't be charged for the next month..I will not pay another £5.99 for something i will not use for more than a month and if they persist on charging me then i will just get another
    account and use a different card...
