They keep feeding us the same BS generic response about getting an Xbox Live message but will not give us any time-frame on when to expect this phantom message. This story was being partially followed by the games media when people were having trouble with
the codes for PC version of Quantum Break . But the story dried up about a week ago. Lets get this back in the spotlight people. I believe there is more of us than we think. Send a request to your favorite games news outlet or youtuber to investigate this
incompetence. Send them a link to this forum Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. At this point the only way to get this dealt with is to get some attention on this problem by someone that can resolve this because there is no
excuse to why we should have waited almost a month for some codes. Please help me with this so the media knows that there is more than just a few of us. Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease. And dam if we having waited long enough for our grease!

Still not receive Alan wake American nightmare and windows 10 Quantum Break code

Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

Pre-ordered Quantum Break on 4/2/16 and have yet to receive any codes for Quantum Break PC or the Alan Wake American Nightmare. Please help. Thank you.

Yeah, looking at the same problem here too - received Xbox One bundle with codes for Quantum Break and Alan Wake, but AW: American Nightmare is missing. Seems to be a widespread issue with this game. Anyone tell me what's going on?

Hey there!

When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.
