The offer is sent by the system at random based on your account. No one can send it to you I'm sorry to say. What you need to do is just keep an eye on your dashboard to see if you get the message.

 

However, you should consider getting the One anyway. There are a lot of great games coming out soon that are only available on the Xbox One.

 

Onyx62is is correct the one is a really cool new console with some cool new games but don't worry about your old 360 just yet, it's still a great console and it's planned to be supported for the next few years so Microsoft are not setting the 360 adrift

Actually I was told by Xbox support that I would definitely be included in the 2nd wave of promo offers. I was just wondering when that is going to happen?

 

Support is incorrect in this. They have no say as to who will be getting any promo offers. Also, this offer will end on July 29. There will be no second wave.
