Are you playing on PC or Xbox? If you are having trouble trying to get into the game, try and follow the steps that they recommend on the support page https://support.xbox.com/en-CA/xbox-one/errors/error-code-0x803F8001 if
that does not work contact support and let them know the issue you are having https://support.xbox.com/en-US/home, I hope the link above helps you.

If that didn't work please sign out on both Microsoft Store as well as Xbox App before attempting to launch the Minecraft launcher.

If you have the Xbox App, sign out first at the Microsoft Store App and sign in with the account you wish to play with. Then do the same on the Xbox App, completely sign out, then sign in with the account you wish you with to play with. Then in the Minecraft Launcher sign out completely then attempt to log back in with your Microsoft Account. Let me know if you're still having issues, we can try something else.
