hi, i am trying to get a refund for games my son purchased on line, i was advised to post on a forum and get people to vote for it? is this the correct place? if not then please direct me to the correct area? many thanks

Refunds are not given via the forums. You would need to go to

I’ve attempted to refund it but as it’s a gift to another account and they already claimed the gift- it won’t allow a refund through normal means. So unless there’s another way to ask for a refund, it seems I’m out of luck. And like I said in my original post, I’ve took all the steps in making my account more secure. Thank you.

Do you get the same error when attempting to claim the game on an Xbox console? If so, which game are you claiming, and on which console are you making the attempt (Xbox 360 or Xbox One)?
