Attempting to access lost Xbox 360 account

I’m trying to access my old 360 account from roughly 6 years ago, however I can’t do so because I don’t remember the email. I remember mostly everything about the account and can prove it but the email was registered as a hotmail email and I completely forgot it. The hotmail email has been inactive for a few years and was the only email associated with the account. Is there anyway to get the account back without the email or is it completely lost?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

In order to recover an account, we need at least to have the Microsoft account that was previously used.

As onyxishere said, the password is not stored anywhere for people to access. However, you can attempt to use this guide to reset that password if you haven't already.

Are you trying to add an existing Xbox Live account to your Xbox 360?

If you are attempting to add an existing Xbox Live account to an Xbox 360, Create or go to the profile you would like the existing Xbox Live account to be accessible on, go to Xbox Live and download the existing account to the profile.
