attempt #2 ODST mishap

I attempted to make a post similar to this one but couldn't find it on the forums so i reposted just to make sure

i apologize if i posted my issue twice

I was instructed by customer support to post on the help forums to see if I can get help. awhile ago i received a message about a promo odst expansion for the master chief collection as an equitable adjustment for the server issues we had when the game first
came out I accidentally deleted it and was hoping I could have it recovered or possibly have a new one reissued I feel was stupid i did that any help would be appreciated thank you for your time and God Bless.

hello i suppose i was told by customer service on xbox live that i need to ask the forums this. I had a promo code on my xbox live that i got from the xbox live message through xbox live i unfortunatly deleted it by mistake is there an opportunity I can
get it recovered or possibly have a new one sent thanks,

Well fiirst only people who played before christmas 2014

Then you got a code in spring

If you didnt play durinf that period you didnt qualify

 

Was this a code given to you by Xbox Live or was it from the developer 343 Industries?
