    When I try to load in the game its all fine but then it tells me to choose a account but nothing appears it only choose a account i have deleted it then installed it again then I restarted my Xbox but it stays the same can I get help with this?

    Hello, I will need you to follow those troubleshooting steps in order to resolve your issue:

    The first one would be to clear your persistent storage, but before doing so please make sure that your disc is ejected.

    1- Go to settings

    2- Select devices and connections

    3- Select blu-ray

    4- Choose persistent storage and clear it
