Attack on Titan 2 Final battle Another mode crashing on "Connecting"

Any time I try to connect to online in the game, it just closes suddenly. I have looked relentlessly all over the internet and haven't found a single answer as to why this happens or even how to fix it.

I have tried Reinstalling it does nothing, it continues to close on a fresh installation.

I have tried messing with my internet, and it does the same thing.

I have tried resetting my Xbox to factory settings, it still closes suddenly.

I had my friend sign into my account and load into the game to see if it will connect, and it suddenly closes while on the connecting screen.

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to fix this problem. EVERYTHING I have been able to find regarding this is not helpful at all.

DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME TO GO TO MY NETWORK SETTINGS, THEN LOCK THIS THREAD.

It's none of those because my friend logged in to my account in a different city, and it still happened. I think It's something with my account.

Update: His Another Mode works just fine, I also tried his character and I could go online. I have completely restarted from scratch, and it still did the same thing, I can't even go to their official site to look for help.

This type of issue is happening only when trying to connect to online mode on this particular game or does it happen to any games when trying to play multiplayer?

What you could do is this to test it out.

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their console's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

(To find the Xbox One IP address, press the Xbox button to open the dashboard, go to System > Settings > General > Network settings, then select Advanced settings.)

It's the game my friend. Xbox/ microsoft won't help, kind of messed up they can sell a product where the online doesn't even work for it. I tried contacting koei and they just brushed it off like xbox and keep trying to blame your internet. It's the game with a game breaking bug that they don't want to fix since it's old. Just never buy a product from them again.

I would prefer to just nap for a solid 24 hours, as this has been a really, REALLY long week, but in lieu of a temporary hibernation I'll just have to settle with playing Attack on Titan 2 Final Battle a bit more.
