    Atmos games in Mutich PCM Blu ray in Atmos, Why?


    Upgraded my 7.2 Onkyo to a 9.2 NR797 to be exact and my Atmos games play in Mutich pcm now and the Dolby Access app, Neflix along with Insects does the same thing but all blu rays play what the should from Tru HD and DTS to Atmos with no problem until
    a game or app is loaded then it's MULTICH PCM. Any ideas or did xbox update to just use Multich pcm for now?

    Did a factory reset to my receiver, reinstalled Dolby access app several times and used an overpriced Rocketfish HDMI cable.

    No dolby atmos when streaming

    Go into your settings. The current issue causes Atmos and bitstream settings to be changes. without notice or you doing anything
    Double checked my settings and all correct. Works no problem with the blu ray app but the console will not stream movies or games in atmos. AVR just displays multi channel pcm and occasionally flashes atmos on the display

    Audio settings totally screwed up on XB1S

    I have the same issue since the latest alpha update that was released October 27th. Before I had bitstream out and dolby Atmos. Now only 7.1 PCM.

    But my blu rays are working with dolby Atmos. I hope this get patched with the next update.

    Netflix Not Outputting Dolby Atmos On Xbox One

    Since the last update, Dolby Atmos has stopped working and an undefined PCM data stream is being output.
    All apps are affected, such as Netflix, Disney, VLC.
    Dolby Atmos works with the Xbox sound test program.

    Previously, Dolby Atmos had worked without any problems.
    All other devices (Blu-ray player, mini PC, FireTV, AndroidTV, etc.) still work perfectly with Atmos on the Denon 4700X.
