Hej

Jag letar information om hur jag kan komma i kontakt med er angående återbetalning av köp gjorda i Roblox spelet

Min sin som är 6 år har spelat Roblox på xbox och utan vår vetskap lyckats göra köp för ca 3500kr. Jag har vart i konatkt med Roblox som förstod problemet och det gick under deras kategori för "unauthorized charges" men meddelar att de tyvärr inte kan återbetala
transaktioner gjorda via Xbox utan att jag måste vända mig till er då för att få hjälp med detta.

Vi har tidigare ställt in att köp inte skall kunna göras utan godkännande men den funktionen har tydligen vart ut funktion nu. Vi fick ingen infor om att köpen gjordes och vår sån är för liten för att förstå vad han gjorde.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue being experienced. Unfortunately we cannot assist with refunds on the forums, but Xbox customer support in your region should be able to help you with that.

Roblox doesn't have a forum. It's disabled. And you can only contact them through email. And like I said, they refuse to give any refunds what so ever, even if it's just Robux, in game currency.

The game devs are not even capable of giving refunds, that's what Roblox customer support says.

Roblox is a scam. They are quick to take your money, but if you didn't get the thing you payed for, they won't give you your money back.

What I meant by Roblox Developer is someone that works for Roblox and develops the Roblox game engine and platform not someone that makes games using the Roblox game engine.

Additionally try reaching out to roblox support.

Nope. It was an in-game item on Roblox. And Roblox customer support already told me they don't give out refunds, and the game creators cannot give out refunds either.

It's sad, it really is. Because now I have to tell my son that he can't spend any more money on Roblox from now on. And it's sad because it's not his fault. It's the greed within Roblox.

And refusing to put the customer first. They can care less about thier player or customer base. All they care about is money. Well, they won't see another dime from me. I'm going to take this up with my credit card company.
