    Can you sign in normally at xbox.com ?

    If yes try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    My friend has an xbox live with a parental control account/password, but the account for the parental control was deleted by AT&T. Is there any way for my friend to get his account working with no email for his parental controls?

    Unable to accept new terms for my daughters account?

    I'm having same issue.

    My daughter's account requires new T&C's to be accepted. She logins and accepts, it then asks for the parent account to login. I do so and it just takes me back to her account, same page to accept the T&C's.

    At same time I can login into my Xbox live account on different PC and there is nothing for me to accept or deal with. My (adult) account is working fine.

    I get error code 0x3fb on the green Xbox dialog box.

    Minecraft Account Lost

    Hello Geri,

    I did check the articles you sent however changing my Microsoft alias will not help since my T####29 account is registered to it not my T####19 account but it used to be but seems to have been overridden. Both accounts (T####19 and T####29) are migrated however as you know i cant access my T###19 account which has my Minecraft game on. My gamertag and username for my account i can access is T####29 if that's what you were asking however I don't have a java name for T####29 since i don't own java on T####29 but i own it on T####19. I hope this answers your questions.

    hello, i didn„t formulate the question that well at that time. So in short my microsoft account got deleted( idk how) and all my things got deleted or i don„t have acces. And i made a brand new microsoft account using the same email and it worked. but i don„t have acces to any of my bought games(minecraft, minecraft dungeons etc) and my minecraft account used the old microsoft account and because of that even if i have the same email as the old account, i don„t have acces to log into my mincraft account . And i wonder how to get my minecraft account back

    so it's due to privacy options that it won't let me log into Xbox 360 with my account? I don't see why it would disable that since my account is T and the game I tried logging in on was a T-rated game.
