Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

Got an email earlier for the September statement and it says i've got 100 points pending, includes Octobers survey, did that at the start of the month (1st).

The rewards system is a little strange to get my head around.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for October took place around the 26th I believe. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for
deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 credits between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support is unable to assist.

Canada is no longer part of the Rewards program as of September 30th. Members who did not opt out of the program and did not disable email communications with us were migrated over to Microsoft Rewards. The last deposit made to your Microsoft account with your
remaining pending Credits was on October 11th. As Smwutches states, you'll need to connect with Microsoft Rewards support.
