    Well here we are again. Every time my account is good to go then I earn more than 1000 points all of a sudden theres something wrong on your end. Every time. This is no kind of way to run things microsoft. I'm getting tired of posting here but its the only
    way to accomplish anything with this company.

    For $24.99 you can get Season Ticket that will give you early game release, and more. I got the EA email last night my question is this if I bought a sports game will I still be forced to pay this Season ticket for
    $24.99 for 12 months or can I just play the game like normal ?

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    There's a bunch of solutions worth trying here for such an issue:
    support.xbox.com/.../system-update-help


    One extra solution I would attempt would be to delete the system updates and redownload, by using these steps:

    - Go to Settings --> System --> Storage

    - Highlight your storage device but do not select it

    - Press the following buttons in order: Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X Button, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X Button

    - You should be prompted to clear any updates. Select yes, and restart when prompted.

    - Once restarted, redownload the updates.

    Give these solutions a try. Let us know if you continue to have problems after these, or if one works let the community know which! :)
