    what a load of mumbo.this device can support upto 3 with open nat using upnp.you need to learn how to setup a router.if you have more then 1 xbox then you can only use upnp.

    I am able to connect two Xbox Ones to this router and have both report an Open NAT.

    I assigned each Xbox One a DHCP reservation that is outside of the DHCP scope.

    DHCP Scope is 10.0.1.100 - 10.0.1.150

    Xbox One 1 is assigned 10.0.1.11

    Xbox One 2 is assigned 10.0.1.12

    Under WAN > UPNP: I have the port range as 88-65535 for both internal and external ports.

    No other port forwarding / port triggering is configured for Xbox Live. No DMZ is in use.

    Also, since another use asked, the AC66R and AC66U are the same router, the AC66R is just the model number they use for the version sold in Retail stores.

    I haven't tried with the Asus firmware, but I've been using DDWRT v24-sp2 and it's been golden. 3 Xbox 360 and a Xbone!

    I've tried it with the latest Asus firmware with 2 Xbox Ones, and had issues, either both consoles were Moderate, or one was Moderate and one Strict, did try putting one into the DMZ Pool which works for one Console only. And still giving issues to the other
    console.

    Have just installed the latest DD-WRT on it and not had any issues with 2 Xbox Ones, have also been able to able to connect to Party Chats without issues too.

    Update on this, With Asus firmware it gives moderate NAT when using multiple xboxes. When using DDWRT multiple Xboxes were perfect.

    I am having problems with this router and two xbox ones. First I tried to port forward to one and move the other in the DMZ... for some reason the DMZ caused the NAT to go strict. I then moved it back and enabled UPnP. This brought the NAT settings to moderate
    and the one with port forwarding is open.

    I have been reading a lot about DD-WRT and that it handles UPnP better than the ASUS firmware. My only issue is that mine is a TMobile Cell Spot RT-AC68U. The DD-WRT flashing process on this looks a bit more difficult. If anyone has done this on a cell spot
    and has a link to some good instructions let me know.

    As of right now with moderate/open we are able to join chat and games together but I would like to have more control and better performance over the router and it would be nice to have open NAT on both too.

    This router supports multiple xbxoes when using DDWRT. But you have to use a specific build, the 14929 build. That build supports NAT Loopback which may be the reason it works. One other key thing with this router is that you may want to schedule it
    to reboot once daily in the middle of the night, to clear out the NVRAM daily so it doesn't fill up. You may also want to disable some of the logs, which also fill up the NVRAM.
