You can try a Case Review at enforcement.xbox.com but they will most likely still enforce it seeing as how it is your account and he would need your permission to use it therefore his actions are your responsibility.

Just to add everything that was said already, you are responsible for your account at all times. Its not you that is getting banned its your account that was use to commit a violation for Et does not know if it was you or not using the account.

Love the stories people come up with when they been banned,

It wasn't me it was my brothers, girlfriends, sisters, dogs cat got me banned

But I got banned for no reason. I got a ban on the 6th April for something legitimate however I got another ban on the 7th April with the same account even though I wasn't able to play on it. It doesn't make any sense to me.
