    Many campuses block gaming consoles from connecting.
    Connect your console to a PC via a bridged connection, and then just connect the PC to the internet.

    The reason this works is because your Xbox is using your PC as a proxy to connect to the LAN. Basically, all the router sees is your PC connecting, even though it is your Xbox using the internet.

    How To Find Wireless Passphrase (WPA/WEP)



    1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type the gateway address “192.168.1.1” into the web address bar.
    4. When prompted for a username and password type in “admin” for both the username and the password.
    5. On the main page select the “System status” icon (shown as a gateway with a lock on it).
    6. On the right hand side is the current wireless password (by default there is no current password, wireless security is off).




    Changing Wireless Security Type/ Disabling Wireless Security



    1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.

    5. On the main page select the “System status” icon (shown as a gateway with a lock on it).
    6. On the right hand side you can change the “Authentication Method” in the dropdown.
    7. After selecting the desired authentication add a wireless password in the box below.
    8. Click on the “Apply” button.
    9. To disable the wireless security change the “Authentication Method” dropdown back to “Open System”.
    10. Click the “Apply” button on the bottom of the page.

    I have solved the problem. Found some errors with the Asus armory crate that was causing issues. Did a clean uninstalled Asus armory crate. Reinstalled with the latest version, still didn't work. Reinstalled Windows 11 and installed the latest version of the Asus Armory crate. Been playing any games for 2 days without any errors.
