    Astro A40 tr +M80 mixamp not working


    I recently bought the astro A40 tr +m80 mixamp but they do not work with my Xbox elite series 2 controller on my Xbox series x.

    If I use the basic audio cable that comes with the headset, I get audio and the mic works. But when the mixamp is connected, nothing works. My Xbox and controller don't even recognize that a headset is connected when using the mixamp.

    The mute is not on, and I did a power cycle and still its not working.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Make sure that the mute button on the front of the MixAmp M80 is not enabled (The mute button should not be illuminated).

    Once confirmed, kindly perform a powercycle by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
