    Astro A10 mic refuses to work help.


    So my Astro a10 mic just randomly stopped and I don’t know why working specifically the microphone part because it lets me hear just fine and I have try lots of tutorial and none them work

    List of things I’ve tried

    1. Updating the controller

    2 going through all settings muting and unmuting myself


    1. Switching controller


    2. Restarting Xbox


    3. Trying the microphone on my phone (it worked just fine on the phone)


    4. Checking if the cord is plugged in all the way

    None of them worked but the mic works just fine on my phone and its not the controller because it didn't work on 3 different controllers please help meh!

    It might be your actual mic. I would recommend Astro A10 which is by far a great budget mic and super durable. I've had mine for 2 years without a problem.

    I got myself a pair of astro a10s. I dont know if this experience killed your faith in Astros but I personally love them because they dont feel too bulky and the cord doesn't get in the way. The sound quality and mic clarity is also really really good.

    He has been using an ASTRO A10 headset ehich worked fineplugged into his controller and television. But since connecting his Xbox to the keyboard and mouse, he has been plugging his headset into the back of the computer monitor. The sound is great but the mic doesn't work at all. The monitor, mouse and keyboard are plugged into the Xbox.
