    Astro A10 headset not working with standard one s controller


    Recently I bought an Astro A10 headset so I could speak to my friends instead of sending messages every time I had to say something. After two weeks of use, the headset no longer works with the controller. I have confirmed that the headset works by testing
    it with my Windows 10 PC. I also checked for any controller updates, none. I bought this Xbox One S on November 12, 2018. There should not be any problems with the controller. If anyone could help me out here that would be greatly appreciated.

    Having gone between the Xbox Stereo Headset, to the Razer Kraken to now the Astro A10's, I've gotta say the budget Astros have lasted longer than either of the two prior, and they're incredibly comfortable. Looking at upgrading to some A50's in the future.
    Astro have secured me as a customer for sure. Can't recommend the A10's enough.

    I bought the winter camo Xbox one controller and Astro a10’s. The headset works for a little while then randomly stops and nothing I do can get it to work again. This is not an issue with the controller I recently bought (yet).
    I was wondering if anyone knows of a fix? I have also updated the controller and still have this issue.

    did you try the headset with another controller or another device in order to find out if it is working or not?
