This most likely indicates an issue with your power supply unit. Since you have already attempted the troubleshooting techniques outlined in the article

Reset your Xbox One Power supply unit, the only other alternative would be to replace that power supply.

However, the original Xbox One console is no longer manufactured by Microsoft, nor is the console PSU. As a result, out-of-warranty support is no longer available for this particular product.
