Assassins creed Valhalla won't even start to download on my pc

I am trying to download assassins creed Valhalla on my PC through game pass, and when I hit install absolutely nothing happens. I double checked, and there is more than enough storage space, only one hard drive on the computer to install too.

I uninstalled and reinstalled another game without any problem, and tryed both repairing and resetting the app itself.

I even went so far as to try mobile download, where my phone is saying the install is "queued" but when I check the computer the install queue is still blank

Obsessive Power

The Ubisoft games on the Xbox App need the Ubisoft connect app. It's this app that the games are downloaded from, they don't download on the Xbox App. This works the same way as the EA app on PC.

Also, in order to download these games from Game Pass, you also need to link your Ubisoft account to your Xbox Account.

My Xbox won't download assassins creed I didnt get to finish downloading it because I was away from the Xbox and now I'm trying to download it since I'm home but it won't even get to 1% without saying(can't do assassins creed) someone please help me fix
this
