    Assassin's Creed Unity MAJOR issue


    First and foremost, I am not quite acquainted with this subreddits rules. I am not sure if this is the correct place for this. However, I was directed here by a microsoft support member.

    Now, to state my issue or rather our issue.

    Assassin's Creed Unity (AC UNITY) has had multiplayer connectivity issues for more than a week now. I know your initial thought right now is, "it's probably just a client side error than can be easily solved with a little bit of troubleshooting!" well let me be the first to tell you IT. IS. NOT. If anyone actually reads this on the microsoft team, please understand I may not be the most technically advanced but I know you guys are.

    I have actually already contacted Ubisoft themselves multiple times and each time they say it's our internet issues and be done with it.

    To just solidify why I know it's not the client's issue and rather it's ubisofts or microsoft is simply due to the fact that not a single person right now on xbox can actually play AC Unity online. So, as I said I am by no means an expert, but I just don't see how hundreds of people are not able to connect at the same time. While simultaneously be able to play online on any other multiplayer game.

    Moreover, the reason I am bringing this to microsoft is because I do not see this as a Ubisoft server issue as if you were to go play multiplayer on this game on a PC or PS4 it will work fine no issues at all. Yet, you try on an xbox and all you get is "Connection failed. Couldnt join session. Try again later." you cannot even do simple matchmaking.

    So please understand, I have taken all of the suggested troubleshooting steps suggested by Ubisoft and Microsoft, and have the game still not work. I just need to bring this to your attention, as thing game may not be popular anymore, but so many people still play and are annoyed that they cannot play online. (The game is advertised as being an ONLINE game) It is also so draining when no matter who you contact they always say it's our issue and not their own.

    Just fix the game.

    I think they would be crazy, but it only says that the Xbox ONE W/ AC Unity without Kinect and the Xbox ONE W/AC Unity with Kinect are going back to regular price.
