Assassin's Creed Syndicate "Wonder of the Age" Achievement not unlocked

I got to level 10 in Assassin's Creed Syndicate on 8/15/16, but the achievement for that -- Wonder of the Age -- has not unlocked. A couple days later, my Xbox's network component died and I had no more access to the internet, so I'm assuming it was a problem
with my internet connectivity at the time. Since then, I have gotten a new Xbox One S, tried resetting and refreshing my xbox with the help of a Support Chat Assistant, and still no achievement. I would very much like to not have to do the 25-hours I spent
getting those levels the first time around again. Can someone force it to unlock?

Yeah.. As for me, I am like really want to play Assassin's Creed Rogue because it is a different story mode that takes place if I am correct before Assassin's Creed 3. Anyway, I got more information on Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Since it is only Single
Player with no Multiplayer, Co-op or An Companion App.. Ubisoft is thinking of bringing back the Counter Attack.. But I might have mis-read but it says that The Counter Attack in AC Syndicate will not be Instant Kill.. I wonder how it will play out? Here is

To reach level 10, in total you must earn 94 skill points. Since each skill point requires 1,000 xp to unlock, you will need 94,000 xp to reach level 10. This should not be too hard if you complete the story and some side missions.

The number of skill points it take to go from level to level is:

Level 1- 0

Level 2- 4

Level 3- 4

Level 4- 8

Level 5- 10

Level 6- 10

Level 7- 10

Level 8- 15

Level 9- 15

Level 10- 18

In conclusion, this should be a simple unlock if you are going for the rest of the achievements in this game.
