Assassins creed movie code

Situation resolved via live chat, but with 2 different Agents. First agent had me jumping through hoop after hoop with screenshot after screenshot among other things. Then requested a friggin video, in which they could not wait for, and disconnected me
from chat. Like I have video equipment or software just handy at a drop of a dime. This pissed me off.

Second agent was able to solve the issue without the extra crap. The code it seems was still active in their system, but not taking on mine to redeem. Solution was to purchase the movie, then be refunded for it. I will wait a few days for that refund
to hit my account, but I am sure it will. 2nd agent was much more helpful then the first.

Sadly, just me, myself and I living here with the xbox, which no one has access too, or has my login info. Unless my dogs learned how to power it on and play while I am at work.

The message says expired. Would it not say it was redeemed if that were the case?

Does anyone else have access to your console? Could it may have been redeemed by another family member? Just giving you options to explore. Hope you work it out mate.
