Assassin's Creed Mirage Won't Launch

Update: I just spoke to Xbox support and they say they are working on it now.

My achievements have disappeared off my account and I was nearly done so I hope they come back!!! Lol

Edit: the Xbox status page has been updated to show they are working on it. Apparently it's classed as a "Major Outage" so a lot of people must be experiencing it.

Same problem. I bought it on pre-order and now I see that I didn't buy it in the store. There was no problem while playing this game last night, now it gives an error while entering the game. I don't understand how this can happen in just a few hours!

I must agree here. I bought the game the days before launch day which gave me the pre-order option on Xbox store. Launch day until today the game has been fine but now I’m getting the exact same issue. I’ve restarted the game and restarted my Xbox but still nothing just the same error message. I have followed the steps to resolve the issue but still coming back as a negative result.

Is this going to be resolved do you reckon? Or will Xbox say sorry guys few more bugs need to be fixed before the game gets fully launched because if that’s the case the game isn’t finished is it. I’m not being funny but if I lose my saves and the items I would think a little “sorry here’s some free content” is in order.
