Assassins Creed Liberation Price Reduction

Hi

I own the Assassins Creed 4 Season Pass and it should reduce the price of AC:Liberation from £16 to £12. This is not the case as neither on the Xbox dashboard nor on the Xbox website. There was a tab on the dashboard yesterday but after playing the demo the
tab has disappeared. I contacted Xbox support and they directed me here to try and solve my problem. I would like to purchases AC:Liberation but at the price the season pass holders are supposed to pay.

I am having the same exact problem, bought the season pass through the promotion page and have yet to see a discount applied no matter how I access the game within the marketplace. Have heard others say that it is applied through clicking the tile on the
dashboard games tab, but no luck sofar.

 

Mine finally came through this morning, it was on the front page of the dashboard saying special price.

 

I can't see the discount, either... I tried from my Xbox and through my laptop browser, it just gives me the normal price. :/

 

Contacted Ubisoft Support on Feb 1, was promised an email within 5 days. Nothing happened, so I contacted them again today (Feb 9). Supposedly my complaint is on some "higher level" of support in the US (I'm in Europe), and they "will definitely find a solution"
for me. I really wonder how this takes so long after all the complaints you find online?! There's an 11-page thread on the ubiforums

I had this same issue and Ubisoft Support had me go to Xbox Support. I contacted official Xbox Support via Twitter (twitter.com/XboxSupport) and they took care of me. You can also try contacting
them via your local contact info (support.xbox.com/contact-us)

By now it's taken so long I might just as well wait until the price drops on its own, honestly...
