Assassin's Creed - Jack the Ripper DLC (Season Pass owner)

Hi,

When I try to download the new DLC for Assassin's Creed: Syndicate which I already have paid when I purchased the Season Pass, the Xbox Market ask me to buy it again...

It was just the first dlc was given away to all owners. Not all of it.

same to me! MS please fix this ASAP; no one will pay again for something they already did, if i don't remember bad, we had the same problem the last year with Unity so, could this be something Ubisoft side?

 

Same issue for me. Even if you go through the e-store on the games start page it says it is 'free' (i.e. already paid for with the season pass), but then following the link it tries to charge you for it.

 

even worse is that if you go to the manage page of the season pass or in the store you find the season pass, you will se that it doesn't contain the "jack the ripper" expansion pack even if it is listed in the description...

 

I've also payed for the season pass and its chargeing me the full price I've been hyped for this for so long and I can't play it. Plz sort this out ASAP

 

same issue here. i tried to download the jack the ripper dlc directly through the game's e-shop and after this through microsoft's store. in both cases i have to pay but i own the season pass. please fix this sh...

i don't pay such much money for a season pass that only contains a few missions and clothing. in the description of the season pass is mentioned that the jack the ripper dlc IS INCLUDED. that was the only reason i bought the season pass.

 

i went into the games e store and it says its free because i have the seasons pass, but when i goto download it, its says i have to pay for it

 

I'm also having this problem. Admin, please reply to this thread so this issue can be resolved.

Same issue here in Australia. Been waiting all day to play it.

Saw a response on Reddit but nothing concrete. Can we at least get a basic timeframe? An hour? A day? etc.

 

I have spoken with Ubisoft Support this morning and been told that this is an issue they are aware of and that the game team are working on a fix.

It is not actually the fault of Microsoft and Ubisoft hope to have a quick fix coming today but they have not been able to state what time this would happen.

All they did suggest is to be patient and await the fix.

 

I have just gone onto manage game after hard booting my system and it was in the ready to install section. No idea how or why but maybe this is something for you guys to try.

 

even without hard rebooting the console it is now showing!
