Assassin's Creed Ezio Collection Completed achievements remain blocked

Hello!! I was playing Assassin's Creed Ezio Collection when I realized that some of the achievements I had completed that day had not been unlocked and I not received a popup notification on the screen. Only the first two that I had completed that evening
had unlocked, instead the other 3/4 that I thought I had completed were not unlocked. All this seemed strange to me because they were storyline achievements and therefore had to unlock with the completion of the story. This problem had never happened to me
before, so I went to see the xbox support page following all the steps but nothing, the problem continues even now that 72 hours have passed. I have verified that I am connected to xbox live also because the achievements of other games are counted without
any problem. I have deleted and reloaded my account from my xbox one but nothing. Achievements are still marked on the list at 0% even though I have made progress in the storyline, and further achievements that I complete do not unlock in this game. Did something
similar happen to you too? Can anyone give an explanation for all this and how can it be solved ?? thank you

There can be cloud sync issues which cause a delay. I had a friend get his achievements 7 weeks after the fact. They will eventually show. I've even had a few show up without notifying me. So be sure to check recent achievements on occasion as well.

but if it were a sync problem it should not show me notifications of unlocking achievements from other games? it should be a problem in all games, not just one ... or maybe not?

Im getting down with assassins creed, the ezio collection

Mine has now started working again but not properly, the story progression achievments wont unlock for assassins creed: ezio collection ive done the first 3 sequences of AC2 and they havent unlocked

Hello again! The problem was already solved. Assassins Creed: The Ezio Collection has some problems that Ubisoft has not solved. Assassins Creed: Revelations, one of the games in the collection, is broken. The game simply freezes my screen and turns off
the console.
