Assassin creed the ezio collection achievements not work

Mine has now started working again but not properly, the story progression achievments wont unlock for assassins creed: ezio collection ive done the first 3 sequences of AC2 and they havent unlocked

Hello again! The problem was already solved. Assassins Creed: The Ezio Collection has some problems that Ubisoft has not solved. Assassins Creed: Revelations, one of the games in the collection, is broken. The game simply freezes my screen and turns off

In order to acquire the achievements you must meet the following criteria:

1.) You’ve completed all the required elements to unlock the achievement.

NOTE: Make sure that you read the description for the achievement or challenge carefully. You may have to unlock a combination of achievements or challenges to unlock your rewards.

2.) Your console must be connected to the Xbox network. To complete challenges and unlock achievements, your Xbox console can’t be set to offline.

Unlike achievements, challenges must be completed within a set amount of time. You have weeks, months, or just hours to complete the challenge—the description of the challenge will have more details. If you don't complete a challenge within the given timeframe, you won't receive a reward.

Completed achievements that are pending confirmation from the Xbox network are listed as "Done! Unlocking." This means the achievement will be processed in the order that it was sent to the Xbox service, and it might take some time to be confirmed.

If you meet the requirements to complete the achievement or challenge, but you don't see the “toast” icon or the achievement isn't listed, please make sure that you're connected to the Xbox Network:

If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console might not be connected to the Xbox network. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related notices or rewards until you connect to the Xbox network.

Make sure that your console is connected to your network equipment (such as router, modem, or gateway), and then press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

Verify that your console is connected to the network. If necessary, select Test network connection to get a diagnostic.

Then check your achievement progress for Asassin's Creed on your console:

When you unlock an achievement, you may not see a notification or an updated gamerscore right away. The Xbox service must validate your achievement first, which might cause a short delay.

If your gamerscore isn’t updated online, verify that it's updated locally on your Xbox console.

After your gamerscore has updated on your console, verify that the changes have synchronized to the Xbox network. To see your achievements on your console:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Game activity > All achievements.

Select the game in which you unlocked the achievement, and then view the unlocked achievements list.

If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console, but it doesn't show, it might not be synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place.
